With the package pickup program, we give you the power to tailor your experience with the products you forgot at home or couldn't fit on your travels. Travelers Package Pickup Program
How It Works
1. Ship Your Package

Send your package to our store using any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, etc.).

Use your full name as shown on your ID so we can match it at pickup.

Picking up for someone else? List their name on the waiver and bring valid ID for both you and the original recipient.

Accepted IDs: Military ID, Carnival Sunshine Card, Driver’s License, or Passport.
2. We Receive & Hold It

When your package arrives, we log it and store it securely.

Pickups are available only during our regular posted business hours.

3. Pick Up Your Package

Bring your valid photo ID that matches the package name.

Pay $4 per package at pickup.

Want us to dispose of your box? We’ll handle it for a flat $3 fee per box (any size).

First-time customers must sign a waiver confirming that:

We are not responsible for the package contents.

Pickups are only during the listed store hours. (See Google Hours)
